CHANGING THE WAY CAPITAL FLOWS
As of October 2020, 5.6% of US VC firms were women-led,
and only 2.1% were led by women of color.
Here is my theory of change:Find awesome and diverse fund managers, especially first-time fund managers. Invest with them and support them by leveraging my financial and social capital. Watch them invest in great female and BIPOC founded companies and wait for the returns to roll in. Then do it all over again.
